Purpose:

These Terms of Use (ToU) are intended to define the terms of access and use of the Villa Lavandéa website by any user.

 

Access to the site:

Access to the site is free of charge. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, without notice or compensation.

 

Use of the site:

The user agrees to use the site in a fair manner and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Any fraudulent use or use contrary to applicable laws

• The dissemination of unlawful or harmful content

• Any attempt to breach the site's computer systems

Reservations and rental agreement:

Reservation requests made via the site constitute an offer for a seasonal rental contract. The contract is formed upon acceptance by the publisher and payment of the agreed deposit or advance payment. The specific conditions of the rental (duration, rate, security deposit, house rules) are specified in the rental contract sent to the client.

 

User responsibility:

The user is solely responsible for their use of the site and the information they enter on it. They guarantee the accuracy of the data provided when making a reservation.

 

Intellectual property:

All content on the site is protected (see Legal Notice). The user is prohibited from any reproduction without authorization.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office.
